two bedrooms and one bath for rent

two bedrooms, one bedroom is for storage, the other one is fully furnished. one bathroom, which is completely yours to use. the laundry room and kitchen is also for your use. the amount is $600 a month with a $200 cleaning deposit. no pets or smoking.
