HELP WANTED — SKILLED GENERAL LABORER

Y Bar O Ranch Services LLC is hiring dependable individuals for skilled and general labor work throughout Northern Nevada and surrounding areas.
PAY: $15.00–$30.00 PER HOUR
Pay depends on experience, demonstrated skills, quality of work, dependability, productivity, and willingness to learn.
WORK MAY INCLUDE:
• Carpentry and general construction
• Basic construction-electrical work
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Fencing and ranch infrastructure
• Light mechanical work
• Equipment and material handling
• General repairs and maintenance
• Outdoor and remote-site work
Experience is valuable, but willingness to work and learn matters. Training may be provided to individuals who demonstrate dependability, effort, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be dependable and show up when scheduled.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing and physically able to perform outdoor and remote-site work.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English as required for work instructions and safety requirements.
• Must follow safety requirements and work instructions.
• Must be willing to learn and perform assigned work.
• Must be capable of working independently when required.
• Background checks may be performed.
• Applicants must provide proper documentation required for employment.
