The leather is a rich brown with a nice broken-in look—no rips, just normal wear. Both pieces are very comfortable.

Note: The middle back cushion on the couch sits a little softer than the others, so you sink in slightly more in that spot. Still very usable and comfortable.Coffee table and end tables are solid oak, made in the USA, and all feature lift-tops—great for working, eating, or extra space.
