Two brand new tires for tractor, backhoe etc

Two brand new Carlstar Ground Force tires. I bought brand new a little over a month ago and pick them up in Boise but unfortunately I waited over a month to install them only to find out they were the wrong size for what I need. 16.9 24 R4
