Parts Manager - Full Time

Summary: This position works closely with mechanics and numerous vendors and customers to identify, order, track and stock parts for a busy aviation Maintenance department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, purchases and returns
• Answer phone and work with vendors and customers
• Track orders and return parts
• Track and manage warranty, cores and other related tasks
• Lead and perform annual and other required inventories
• Duties may include other tasks assigned to support the operation of the Maintenance department.

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory stocking/tracking
• Administration of warranty, cores, other administrative tasks
• Aircraft parts and supplies purchasing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to handle extended standing or sitting, and frequent bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
