This truck is a BEAST for all around use. It has a 2.8 Liter V-6 (Reliable-gear driven cam and solid lifters!),a 5 speed transmission with a .85 overdrive,a manual 2 speed transfer case, manual locking hubs,3.73 axle ratio,a Detroit Locker in the rear. The front bumper is custom built, and has a grille guard and push bars, and the rear bumper has a receiver hitch and is the air tank for the on board air system. The air system can be shut off if you like,or left on,so you always have over 100 pounds of air pressure to fill tires, blow out filters, run an air drill or an impact wrench. There's an air chuck in the grille and one at each end of the rear bumper. I changed the bucket seats to a split bench from a Ranger, and installed a tilt steering column. The brakes are all about a year old. The truck has relatively new shocks, and is set up for a GM one-wire alternator. (You can get a 105 Amp alternator, new on eBay for around $65.00 delivered.) I have one on my one ton truck and it works GREAT!!.
Needs the flywheel's ring gear replaced, the part is $30.00,I have a Holley 2 barrel carb to install on it (The ECM is no longer needed so I removed it. That means it can be tuned to run right,no electronics to fail you in the middle of **bleep**'s Country.),and should have new radius arm bushings,$40.00 from LMC .Parts-I'll give you the current catalog for Bronco II if you buy my Bronco II.
I'm looking for about $1,600.00 for it as is,that's less than I'm into it,or $2,000.00 if I fix the ring gear, carb and alternator.. Might take a partial trade. Clear Nevada Title in my name.
